Taken from the first episode of the second season of the British version of The Office, this clip features David Brent welcoming the new Swindon Lot with his comic stylings. However his 'jokes' fall flat and he reverts to an impersonation of Eric Hichmo which also bombs.

This is the Brent Spiner Panel at the Fedcon 2005 in Bonn. He is really a funny guy. I have never thought of him being so funny. I think after I saw that little movie I like him much more than before.
